All members of our factual team are briefed on court requirements in relation to expert witnesses and the evidence they present and are committed to ensuring that all evidence is documented/collected and reported in the prescribed manner so as to ensure admissibility of the evidence. Members of the team come from a variety of work backgrounds including forensic / insurance and law enforcement.
All our factual investigations are carried out by our investigators who hold degrees or other relevant accreditation and who are experienced in the obligatory requirements and code of conduct for expert witnesses.
