In this firm's capacity as insurance and corporate investigators, we have been engaged to collect information that may be deemed \u201cpersonal information\u201d under the auspices of the Australian Privacy Act 1988.<\/p>\n

In general the kinds of information that this organization hold may include an individual\u2019s:<\/p>\n

Name, age, address, and telephone number:<\/p>\n

Name of employer and employment details, such as nature and capacity of employment,
and information relating to the circumstances from which a claim arises which was supplied by the individual when submitting a claim or lodging a claim form:<\/p>\n

Any information relating to the circumstances from which the claim arises which was supplied by the authorised person to or through whom the claim was lodged\/submitted and any information relating to the circumstances from which the claim arises which was supplied by immediate or indirect witnesses.<\/p>\n
